Life Coaching Sessions
What does a Life Coaching Session with me look like?



Coaching sessions are for YOU.
Through my heart-centered coaching practice, it is my vision to help my clients remember how to tune in, listen to, and TRUST their own knowing. Through the systems and society we live in we have been told that others know what is best for us. I truly believe that we all have the ability to heal, and that our bodies know what we need. I want to help you uncover what is holding you back from living a life that you LOVE! This is done through becoming aware of our compensatory habits, releasing conditional programming, and exploring how your primal/survival brain may be keeping you stuck in a place of fear.
As your coach, I will be a supportive ally who will encourage and support you to move toward a life that you love (yes I said it again!). I will believe in you and your dreams! I will help you to believe in yourself!
I am here to listen, to reflect, to illuminate your strengths, to help you hear and listen to your inner knowing, to remind you of your connection to Universal Wisdom, and to help you remember (or discover) what YOU love - separate from conditional thinking and limiting beliefs.
Our first meeting would be for 15-20 minutes, where we get to know each other. This meeting is completely free. You tell me what you need and I tell you what I offer and we see if it's a good fit.
If you decide to proceed, we will schedule regular sessions that are one hour long. My recommendation is to schedule at least 4 sessions, and have found that committing to 12 sessions is most effective.
In each session, I begin with a centering and grounding exercise so that we can be present for your time. Each week I ask your intention for that session. You can decide to work on one goal that we build on each week, or you can bring up whatever you are feeling in that moment. Again, these sessions are for YOU. You get to decide what you need.
Sessions can include energy exercises, clearing energy, the LaChiara Method Discovery Process (which is a series of questions designed to bring awarenesses to an area where you may be stuck), somatic attunement, and breathing exercises to balance the nervous system. But my primary tool is deep listening and holding space for you.
